    Jeff and his wife Karen have three children; one LCPS graduate now at Virginia Tech, one in high school, and one in middle school:  he is committed to our children's future. 

     With a decade of budget and contract expertise and five years of experience on the School Board, Jeff has focused on delivering his mission: To create the environment and provide the necessary resources to enable all Loudoun County Public School students to achieve to their potential.  

   Jeff's extensive work on behalf of our students, teachers and schools is well documented.   His education is extensive, with one Bachelor degree, two Masters degrees and a Harvard Fellowship.  He taught at the U.S. Naval Academy as a master instructor, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and achieved a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Certification in Program Management.
